1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EAT), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Processing time is typically 1 business day before dispatch.

Includes Nairobi CBD, Westlands, Eastlands, Ruiru, Thika, Kiambu, Machakos, and surrounding areas.

3. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders, including:
- G4S Courier Services
- Sendy Logistics
- Wells Fargo Courier
- Kenya Post (for remote areas)
- Our own delivery team (Nairobi and immediate environs)
The carrier used for your order will be indicated in your dispatch notification email.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number to track your delivery on the carrier's website or by contacting us directly.
You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.
5. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over KES 3,000 within Nairobi and environs. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically — check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
6. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Our courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery fails on both attempts, your order will be held at the nearest courier depot for up to 7 days. After this period, the order will be returned to us.
If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, you will be responsible for the re-delivery shipping cost. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing your order.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Click & Collect
You may collect your order in person from our office at no shipping cost. Select "Click & Collect" at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready, typically within 1 business day.
