• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We accept M-Pesa, PesaPal, SasaPay, and other supported payment methods.
• All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.
• Purchases of digital products (e-books) are final. Please review our Refund Policy for details on physical book returns.

4. Digital Content and Licensing

When you purchase an e-book or digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute digital content
• Share your account credentials to give others access to purchased content
• Attempt to circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) protections
• Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Screenshot, record, or capture content from the e-book reader

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — including books, images, logos, text, and software — is the property of Pen To Paper Writers Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws.

Authors retain copyright of their published works. Pen To Paper Writers Limited holds a licence to distribute and sell those works through our platform.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our platform
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Reviews and User Content

By submitting a review or any other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
